Granite Oak Farm is a small, local farm situated in the quaint town of Harrisville, NH - right in between Keene and Peterborough. We are open year-round for cow cuddling sessions, including with our mini-Highlands, Biscuit & Barley!

Cow Cuddling? Really?!
What is cow cuddling? Well, it's exactly like it sounds. You--and up to 2 friends/family members--book a session with the cow of your choice, then hang out in their individual stall with them while you pet, brush, kiss, and get kissed by, hug, or just talk to them--they won't judge. And if you're really lucky, they'll lie down, allowing you to cuddle up against them and let those cares melt away!
We have mini-Highlands, mini-Highparks, and full-size cows, each with their own personality, but all of whom are sweet as can be and love spending time with people.
Or, if cows aren't your thing but you adore goats and sheep, we've got you with our Goat & Sheep Cuddles!

GOAT & SHEEP CUDDLING

We get it--not everyone is into cuddling cows, but goats and/or sheep? Bring.It.On! You can now book a session with goats Oscar and his mama, Star, and sheep, Mittens, for tiny snuggles!
Please note that we may swap out one of the cuddlers for others, depending on how interactive they are as we try this out, but all of the goats and sheep we would use are very sweet!
Must be 6+ to participate.
C.O.W. - CUDDLES ON WHEELS
WE BRING THE CUDDLES TO YOU!
Ever wished you could have a cow at your wedding or party? Need to improve your employees' mooooods? Well, now you can! C.O.W. is our Cuddles On Wheels program where we bring the cow to you and your guests/team! We offer 1 HR or 2 HR long sessions within 30 minutes of our farm during the months of May - October and will bring everything we need for set up, including a small pen with a tent for shade, hay, water, brushes, and hand sanitizer, as well as the all-important pooper scooper. People can pet the cow from outside the fence, or go inside for true one-on-one interactions and snuggles.

PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS AT GRANITE OAK FARM
Capture the beauty of nature and scenic charm by renting our farm for your photography sessions. Whether you're planning an engagement shoot, family portraits, or creative lifestyle photos, our property offers a variety of stunning backdrops, including a beautiful rustic barn, rock walls, wildflowers, old-growth trees, and adorable farm animals! We offer 30-minute or 1-hour rental options from May to mid-October (sessions must be between 4 PM - 6 PM), with exclusive access to our farm. Our location provides a peaceful, private setting, perfect for capturing your vision in a tranquil, picturesque environment.

MINI-SESSIONS - CONTACT US DIRECTLY!
Farm rentals are only available to professional photographers with business insurance (we will need a COI with us listed as an additional named insured--if you need insurance, we can help with that,). There is NO changing room on site and only a porta-potty for bathroom needs. Photographer is responsible for letting their clients know this.
