After growing up wishing he could spend hours snuggling the cows at the fairs, Brian bought three calves to adore to his heart's content after purchasing land in Goffstown. In 2021, he opened Granite Oak Farm with plans of bringing cow cuddling to as many bovine-loving guests as possible. Seeing how excited people are when they arrive at the farm, grinning from ear to ear, just waiting to interact with cows in a one-on-one setting, truly makes him happy. He's typically the one you'll see on the weekends, greeting everyone, getting them into their sessions, cleaning up poop, and answering questions in between. Oh, and taking care of chores around the farm, fixing things, building things, and go-go-going. 

Laura always wanted to be a veterinarian when she was younger, having never met an animal she didn't like. Dabbling in raising chickens, guineas, and ducks, she dreamed of having a farm one day where she could write books, dig in the dirt, and love on as many babies as possible. Sharing that with the love of her life is the cherry on top! Laura is the "girl behind the scenes," answering emails and calls, posting things on social media, writing the newsletters, filling orders, working with the media, and sometimes popping in to give Brian a break and/or saying "hi" to the cuddlers, and working on her books in between.

We met in the fall of 2022, and after moving the farm to Harrisville in 2023, we've worked together to grow it and make the experience even better for our guests. We tied the knot on this gorgeous property shortly before re-opening the farm, and feel incredibly lucky to call it our home, to be able to have our kiddos help out, and to share it all with you!

At Granite Oak Farm, we believe that there truly is nothing better than life on the farm and snuggles from our amazing animals! Hearing laughter or sighs of contentment coming from the cuddle sessions is magical. We love sharing that experience with like-minded people and introducing guests to our adorable little town of Harrisville.
